I recently stayed at Hotel Isla Palma Playa & Ecohabs, and while the island is absolutely gorgeous with serene beaches, my experience was overshadowed by several issues. The check-in process was unwelcoming due to unexpected additional taxes, and the food offerings were limited and disappointing. The massages were, unfortunately, among the worst I’ve ever received, which further added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I appreciated the beauty of the island but felt that the service and amenities did not match the price I paid.
